Interested in starting therapy?
Therapy is a collaborative process where we begin by getting to know each other and building a foundation of trust. Over the first several sessions, we’ll explore your story and focus on what truly matters to you in your life, while also identifying patterns you may want to change.
From there, we work together to shift those patterns through increased awareness and a range of approaches including talk therapy, and methods like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET), parts work, and neuroscience-informed practices.
Therapy also involves gentle exposure to new experiences—new ways of thinking and living—since exposure is one of the most effective ways to reduce fear. At every step, it’s important to remember that therapy is a partnership: you are the expert on your life, and your insight guides the work we do together.

My goal is to help you develop a safe inner world—one rooted in compassion and understanding for both yourself and others.
Together, we’ll work on your ability to hold multiple perspectives, embody what health looks like for you, and strengthen your self-trust and confidence in your capabilities.
This includes exploring the old stories you’ve carried, examining whether they still serve you, and consciously choosing new, more accurate ones. You’ll be supported in taking responsibility and accountability for your life—because this is your one life to live.
Ultimately, the aim is for you to feel fully alive and aligned with your values, and to honestly ask: is your life filled with the people, experiences, and work you truly want? And if not, how can we begin to change that?
